We stand by our products for value and quality 100% of the time, but we understand not everything in this world is perfect.

Faulty or broken goods

1. Hero gives a 12 month warranty from date of purchase on electronic products.

2. Hero gives a 1 month warranty for screen and phone protector products.

3. We don't accept returns for products that are not faulty or have been abused.

4. If for some reason you wish to return your purchase, please contact us via support@herotch.com.au or use the Contact Form and provide proof of purchase and a reason as to why you wish to return the product.

5. If your goods arrived damaged from shipping or handling, please contact us immediately

6. Hero Tech. won't be held responsible for abused or neglected goods.

Exchange

1. If you made a mistake on your order, please contact us immediately.

2. If by some chance we got your order wrong, we will cover the postage cost to get your item exchanged
