HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

2-3 working days from day of purchase.

NEW ZEALAND

USA & CANADA

Air Mail: 5 - 14 Days

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Tracking notifications are sent to your email after purchase. Tracking is not available for items with free shipping.  

I HAVEN'T RECIEVED MY ORDER YET?

CAN I PAY WITHOUT PAYPAL?

Yes you can. We accept VISA and MASTERCARD payments. You will be prompted to enter your credit card details to complete the payment in checkout.

IS THE PAYMENT SERCURE?

Yes, your payment is secure. Our servers and payment gateway are of a high standard of security and include SSL web security measures.

I'M HAVING TROUBLE USING MY HERO PRODUCT?

You'll find that every HERO product comes with a handy set of instructions. However, If you find yourself in struggle town, no worries at all. Please use the Contact Form to let us know and we'll be sure to get you up and running.

RETURNS AND WARRANTY

1. Hero gives a 12 month warranty from date of purchase on electronic products.

2. Hero gives a 1 month warranty for screen and phone protector products.

3. We don't accept returns for products that are not faulty or have been abused.

4. If for some reason you wish to return your purchase, please contact us via support@herotch.com.au or use the Contact Form and provide proof of purchase and a reason as to why you wish to return the product.

PRIVACY POLICY

During the checkout process when making a purchase, we will require some personal information such as an address etc. We can confirm that Hero will not use or give your personal details for any 3rd party advertising or data base.
